Dr. Kasey Richardson

Kasey [they/them, he/him] founded Resonance Research & Advocacy and serves as lead consultant. He specializes in integrating inclusion and belonging as a way of life, and guides the company’s team of consultants. An advocate for DEIBJ and disability awareness for almost two decades, he has previously worked in sales, non-profit, and education. Kasey earned a Ph.D. with a concentration in Research and Evaluation from Virginia Tech and has collaborated on and published multiple studies and action research projects. He is fluent in Spanish and gets by conversationally in Portuguese and Italian. For fun, he enjoys lifting, traveling, the beach, and gaming.

Kasey wants you to know: “As the founder of this social entrepreneurship, I recognize my position of privilege: a cis white man passing as straight. I am here to listen. I hear you. I believe you. I want to use the tools and training at my disposal to amplify ignored voices.”
